Return and Refund Policy

We are honored to welcome you to The Tabu Ohana Family, but if you aren't happy with your experience, let us know and give us a chance to make it right. Remember that our chairs are covered by a two-year limited warranty. However, if you still are considering a return, please write us at: tabuohana@gmail.com and our support team will help you. 

We accept returns in the following situations:

  1. New and Un-assembled 
  2. Assembled, Used and Un-damaged

New and Un-assembled Policy

Return Shipping & Handling Fees
Buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping and handling costs.
Packaging Product must be returned in original packaging; including all parts and documentation.
Details
  1. Product must be in original condition, unused, un-assembled and with no assembly attempted.
  2. Product must be undamaged.
  3. Additional fees may be applied based on the condition of the returned Product. Assessment of additional fees are solely determined by Tabu Ohana and/or it's agents.
  4. Return of Product must include any/all replacement parts issued for warranty claims (if applicable)
Return Handling Fee Free; unless Product not returned in accordance with policy. Otherwise 25%.

Damage Fee

An additional damage fee of 25% may apply (based upon inspection of the returned products).
Refund
  1. Refunds will be initiated within 10 days after receiving and inspection of the returned Products.
  2. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. 
Return Period 30 (thirty) calendar days from Product shipment date by Tabu Ohana; based on tracking information.

 

Assembled, Used and Un-Damaged Policy

Return Shipping & Handling Fees
Buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping and handling costs.
Packaging Product must be returned in original packaging; including all parts and documentation.
Details
  1. Product must be disassembled and repacked into original packaging as it was delivered.
  2. Product must be un-damaged.
  3. Additional fees may be applied based on the condition of the returned Product. Assessment of additional fees are solely determined by Tabu Ohana and/or it's agents.
  4. Return of Product must include any/all replacement parts issued for warranty claims (if applicable)
Return Handling Fee 25%.

Important Return Information:

  • Return and refund decisions made by Tabu Ohana are final.
  • The buyer assumes all risk of loss and/or damage due to any returns once the Product to be returned has been transferred by the buyer to the shipper, handler and/or carrier. The buyer is responsible proper and safe packaging of all items to be returned to Tabu Ohana.
  • Filing of claims for damage due to the return shipper, handler and/or carrier are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Tabu Ohana will assume no responsibility for return shipping or handling issues.
  • The return  handling fee (if applicable) includes administrative, restocking and inspection fees.
  • Additional fees (if applicable) are determined after inspection of the condition of returned Products, condition of packaging as well as any parts relating to the product.
  • Fees associated to refund or return of Product are calculated based on the final payable amount of buyers order at original checkout.
